Prototyper - GUI components development environment

Prototyper is an Aurelia Electron application created to simplify independent development of Monterey GUI components. Instead of cloning the Monterey application, creating a new branch and building the GUI components "in situ", where one needs to know a lot about Monterey's structure and API in order to be able to add anything, we can now use Prototyper, which is a lot less demanding for new Monterey developers.

This is not the only reason for Prototyper existence, however. Monterey will soon be able to support the creation and management of Aurelia Electron applications and Prototyper was used as a good experience in learning the structure of more than trivial Electron applications.
