Summary

This is the first release of Monterey, with limited functionality, compared to our plans for the first and subsequent releases.

Monterey largely depends on Aurelia-CLI although it has a more ambitious role, particularly in the area of app configuration management services and tooling management services. As Aurelia-CLI advances, Monterey will follow offering a more user friendly user experience (full screen versus command line interface is just one component of our approach - deeper integration with tooling service is more important in our view
